About Chapa

"Chapa" was born when the creator Hikaru Morishita was three-years-old in Japan.

It started from her penguin doodle which since then she kept drawing it as her signature even until today, as something she just adores and trust unconditionally that people around her also started to recognize and adore Chapa - turned out, Chapa is now an official character based in Dubai, loved worldwide.
